Polypop guarantees that your data will remain confidential and secure, and will not be rented, sold or shared with other people or any third parties.

Once you have placed an order on our site you will receive a confirmation email.​  If you have not received an email confirmation, please check also your spam folder. To cancel an order email us at info@polypopbrand.com immediately.  Once you have received a tracking number your order will be unable to be cancelled. Please be sure to use the correct shipping info and select the correct size before completing your order.

Allow 2-3 business days for your order to be shipped. As soon as we ship your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. The delivery time depends on your country. 

Orders should arrive within 4-14 workdays after we have received payment.

  • Free shipping worldwide on orders over €100

  • 7€ shipping cost on orders over 50€

  • 5€ shipping cost on orders under 50€

All shipping prices includes VAT.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & IMPORT TAX
When ordering goods for international deliveries you may be subject to import duties and/or taxes that apply to your country. Polypop is not responsible for any charges that are incurred from customs or duties. If you refuse to accept the incurred fees and the package is determined unclaimed, denied or otherwise refused, Polypop will not provide any form of refund nor reship the order.

UNDELIVERABLE AND REFUSED PACKAGES
In the event that delivery is rejected for any reason or considered undeliverable because of an invalid shipping address, we are not responsible for packages that have been lost, stolen or mis-delivered. We will send you the tracking number and the information for the shipping company as needed. Once this information is provided to you, it is your responsibility as the customer to contact and deal with the shipping company. 

ORDERS & SHIPPING

 

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return your order for a full refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

 

The returned items must be in resaleable condition:

  • All products must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

  • All products must be unworn and unwashed.

  • All products must have all original Polypop tags still attached.

Items that are returned as faulty and are showing signs of damage which are not the result of a manufacturing fault will not be accepted. This includes accidental, malicious or wearer related damages.  As soon as we have received and approved your return, it will take approximately 7 to 15 business days to process your refund.

Make sure you check your item(s) once you receive your package. If you see any damage on item(s), please email to info@polypopbrand.com with an image and description of the damaged goods. We will issue a refund immediately.
